Description
Home Health Registered Nurse (HH RN) – Travel Assignment
Location: Torrance, CA 90505
We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a travel assignment covering LA County. This role requires strong recent Home Health and OASIS experience.
Schedule:
- Shift start time: 08:00 AM
- Weekend requirement: Yes, every 4 weeks
- On-call required: Yes
- Territory coverage: LA County (5–20 mile radius)
- Mileage reimbursement provided per IRS standard
Requirements:
- Active RN license (must be active at time of submission; no pending licenses)
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience with high patient volume (no exceptions)
- At least 1 year of prior Home Health travel experience (general travel experience not accepted)
- Current BLS certification required
- Recent OASIS experience required
- Must be willing to complete an OASIS exam prior to interview (OASIS E11 recommended review, including G, GG, and M18 sections)
Additional Notes:
- Locals accepted with no radius restriction
- Must be comfortable with full Home Health workflow and documentation requirements
