We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Telemetry RN to join a leading acute care hospital in Lodi, CA. The Tele RN will provide specialized care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Start and maintain IV access.
• Monitor laboratory results and communicate significant changes.
• Respond promptly to cardiac events and changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and ancillary departments.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Follow hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Active California RN License
• Current BLS Certification (AHA)
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience
• Acute Care Hospital experience required
• Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
• Experience with IV therapy and medication administration
