Description
Requirements:
• Days | 08:00–16:30 | 5×8 (40 hrs/week)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care Occupational Therapy experience
• Graduate of a Bachelor's or approved Master's Degree Occupational Therapy program
• Mississippi Occupational Therapist License (Permanent or Temporary)
• BLS Certification
• EMR documentation experience
• Knowledge of moist heat, paraffin, and physical agent modalities
• Knowledge of cardiopulmonary, musculoskeletal, nervous, and integumentary systems
• Experience using blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, wheelchairs, walkers, and assistive devices
• Acute Care Therapists must complete 2 hours of annual stroke education
