• Position: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technologist
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Standard)
• Target Start Date: ASAP / Immediate Need
• Hours: 40 hours per week (Guaranteed)
• Shift: Rotating / Variable | 4x10-Hour shifts with a rotating call schedule.

Job Description & Unit Details

Great opportunity for an experienced CVOR professional to join a highly specialized CVOR team operating out of a modern Hybrid Cath Lab environment.

• Setting: Hybrid Cath Lab / Cardiovascular Operating Room.
• Clinical Expectations: Managing advanced sterile fields, coordinating closely with surgical teams on complex structural heart and vascular cases, and independently participating in the unit's rotating call pool.

Requirements

Licensure & Certifications

• State License: Strict Requirement. Must have an active Colorado Surgical Tech Registration (DORA) in hand at the time of submission. Colorado strictly requires surgical technologists to be registered with the state; profiles without an active DORA status will be automatically rejected.
• Specialty Certifications: Active certification from the NBSTSA (CST) or NCCT (TS-C).
• Core Life Support: Current AHA-issued BLS certification.

Experience & Education

• Experience Required: Documented, hands-on CVOR-specific surgical scrubbing experience.
• Education Required: Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
