Specialty: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Shift: Variable Weekend/Weeknight Schedule
Schedule: 2 x 12-Hour Night Shifts
EMR: Epic

Job Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience required.
• Previous travel nursing experience is required and must be clearly documented on the resume.
• Pediatric OR experience is preferred.
• Must have recent Operating Room experience; office surgery experience will not be considered.
• Experience in the following specialties is required:
  • Neuro
  • Orthopedics
  • ENT
  • General Surgery
  • Ophthalmology (Eyes)

Additional Skills:

• Ability to scrub is preferred but not required.

Required Documents

• Updated resume reflecting all relevant OR and travel experience.
• Two recent OR Supervisor/Manager references.
• Skills checklist matching the specialty.

Licensure & Certifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• Current PALS certification required.

Submission Requirements

• All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission.

Additional Facility Requirements

• Influenza vaccination is required. No declinations or exemptions will be accepted.
• This is a nicotine-free facility. Candidates must successfully pass nicotine testing as part of the drug screening process.
