Description
Experience & Certification Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience; must have Pediatric Hematology/Oncology experience (BMT experience preferred, but standalone Hem/Onc is acceptable)
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, and APHON Chemo certification required
- Licensure: Active RN license required at the time of submission (verified via NURSYS report for all active licenses)
