Travel Labor & Delivery RN – Farmington, NM | Nights | No Call | Level II Nursery Experience

Looking for an assignment where you can practice true Labor & Delivery nursing while enjoying some of the best outdoor recreation in the Southwest?

San Juan Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment in beautiful Farmington, New Mexico.

This position offers 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours and no call or floating requirements. You'll work in a 17-bed Childbirth Center that includes Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and a Level II Special Care Nursery, averaging approximately 75 deliveries each month.

This is a true community hospital where experienced nurses play an essential role in patient care. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, performing cervical exams, assisting with vaginal deliveries, stabilizing newborns, managing obstetric emergencies, and providing postpartum couplet care. Previous Charge Nurse experience is required, as providers may not always be immediately available during emergent deliveries.

Qualified candidates must have 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience, current AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certification.
