Description
Compensation & Benefits:
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in scheduled increments)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care appropriate to the age and needs of the patient population served.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
- Document patient care accurately and communicate changes in patient condition promptly.
- Promote a respectful and compassionate environment for patients and colleagues.
Minimum Education Qualification:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active New Mexico RN License or a Compact State RN License required.
- BLS Certification required at the time of hire or within 2 weeks of employment.
- Any additional department-required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire. If already held at the time of hire, they must be maintained without lapse.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required.
