Registered Nurse – Med-Surg/Telemetry (Travel Assignment)
Location: Burlington, NC 27215

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Telemetry travel assignment within a reputable healthcare facility. This role requires strong clinical skills in acute care telemetry and the ability to float across multiple facilities as needed.

Schedule:

• 3x12-hour shifts (Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Every other weekend (EOW)
• Holidays as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Active BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required
• Experience with EPIC EMR required
• Telemetry experience (remote monitoring required; bedside telemetry preferred)

Clinical Skills Required:

• Feeding tube care and management
• Accessing and managing ports
• Blood product administration
• Central line care and management
• Peripheral IV care and management
• PICC line management
• Starting IVs

Additional Requirements:

• Float required across all Cone Health facilities as needed
