Description
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Level III/IV NICU experience
- Experience with high-acuity neonatal patients (preferred: surgical cases, HIE)
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
License (if needed):
- Active Washington (WA) RN License (Required)
On-Call:
- No on-call required
Weekend Requirements:
- Every other weekend
- Occasional back-to-back weekends (rare)
Experience in Specialty:
- NICU (Level III/IV)
- Required skills:
- Ventilator support
- CPAP (NCPAP)
- UAC/UVC line management
- PICC lines
- NG/OG, G-tubes
- Medication administration & care planning

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
