• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Standard)

• Hours: 36 hours per week (Guaranteed)
• Shift: Rotating Days / Nights | 3x12-Hour shifts with mandatory rotational call.

Job Description & Unit Details

Join a tight-knit maternal child health department in a remote, scenic Montana location. This is a comprehensive LDRP role demanding a self-motivated professional capable of navigating the full spectrum of obstetrical care alongside neonatal support.

• Clinical Scope: Complete cross-functional care managing patients through the Antepartum, Intrapartum, Recovery, and Postpartum cycles, as well as handling Newborn / Couplet Care utilizing the nursing process.
• On-Call Requirements: Active participation in the unit's rotational call pool is strictly required.
• Geography & Logistics: This is a remote community setting. Candidates must have reliable personal transportation to ensure seamless compliance with on-call arrival windows.

Strict Submission & Radius Rules

• In-State Radius Mandate: The facility will NOT accept Montana-based (in-state) travelers unless their permanent address exceeds a 250-mile radius from the facility in Havre, MT.
• Out-of-State Travelers: Standard travel compliance rules apply.

Licensure & Certifications

• State License: Active, clear Montana (MT) state RN license or active Compact state license in hand at submission.
• Certifications Required: All credentials must be active:
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • ACLS
  • BLS
