Strict Submission & Radius Rules

Profiles failing to meet the exact parameters below will face automatic rejection by the VMS:

Strict Radius Mandate: The facility enforces a strict 75-mile radius restriction. The candidate's permanent address listed on their Driver's License must be 75 miles or further from the hospital campus.
Submission Logistics: A copy of the candidate's valid Driver's License must be attached to the initial submission profile packet.
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2–3 years of strong, dedicated Main OR experience is strictly required.
Skills Profile: The submitted skills checklist must accurately reflect current competencies. Any skill scored as a "3" (proficient) will be actively cross-examined during the clinical interview.

Licensure & Certifications

State License: Active Georgia (GA) RN license or active multi-state Compact license in hand at submission.
Certifications Required: Active BLS and ACLS.
