Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown - $2,200 per week
Memorial Health System of Southwest Oklahoma is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Job Description & Requirements

This unit cares for STEMI/NSTEMI, chest pain rule-out, CHF, non-invasive ventilation, cardiothoracic surgery step-down, antiarrhythmic IV medications, and peripheral vascular compromise patients in a 33-bed cardiovascular care unit with a 1:4 patient ratio.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Stepdown (SDU) experience
- Active Oklahoma RN license (Compact accepted)
- ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Must be willing to float to Med/Surg or ER to cover CVCU/Med-Surg holds
- No block scheduling — flexibility required
Pay Package:
- Weekly Gross: $2,200.00
- Weekly Taxable: $954.00
- Weekly Non-Taxable (Housing/Stipend): $1,246.00
(Local candidates within 50 miles: pay rate up to $50.00/hr)
Schedule:
- 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
- No on-call requirement
- Orientation begins Thursdays for nursing travelers
