Opportunity for a highly skilled emergency nurse to join a fast-paced Emergency Department team in Washington State. This role requires a versatile clinician who is fully prepared to hit the ground running, manage incoming high-acuity trauma, and provide safe, comprehensive stabilization across all patient demographics.

• Floating Policy: Required. The candidate must possess the clinical flexibility and willingness to float to alternate qualified units/departments if census shifts or facility operational needs dictate.
• Team Dynamic: Collaborative, rapid-response clinical environment demanding independent assessment skills and strong team communication.

Requirements

Certifications & Licensure

Due to trauma designation mandates, this facility enforces a comprehensive certification profile. All required credentials must be active and completely in hand at the time of submission (nothing pending):

• State License: Active, clear Washington (WA) state RN license or an active Multi-State Compact license.
• Core Life Support: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• Advanced Cardiac: Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Trauma Credential: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or approved educational institutional equivalent.
• Pediatric Care: Must hold at least one of the following pediatric advanced emergency credentials:
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
