Description
UNIT: HOME HEALTH STANLY
MGR INTERVIEW
Experience Required: 1 year Home Health. Homecare Homebase experience is required (no exceptions), IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS, case management (ability to oversee/episode management up to 25-30 patients at once). First time traveler accepted if seasoned to home health.
Certs Required: BLS. (Drivers license & proof of insurance is needed)
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Chronic diseases, wound care, IV, pleurx, wound vac. There is not a max mileage to drive. The average is 60-80 miles a day. Mileage is reimbursed weekly. Teammates will travel throughout the below areas: Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt Gilead, Norwood, Troy and cities in between
