Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Must have experience with Post CV Surgeries, Titrating Cardiac Drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), Bipaps, utilizing Airvos and the ability to recognize a deteriorating patient
- Personality Fit: Comfortable with rapid turnaround and changing priorities
- Call Requirements: As needed by unit
- Required Certifications: Current Arkansas Licensure, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Years of Experience: 2+ years
- Float Requirements: Med Surg

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
