Total Taxable: $2,004.00

4x10s - Days - 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Work Experience:
At least 1 year of experience with outpatient infusion.

1 year / 1st timer - Outpatient Infusion
Order verification of non-hazardous and hazardous outpatient infusion medications, this includes oncology.
IV Infusion compounding product evaluation and verification.
Evaluation of oncology and non-oncology treatment plans.

License:
Oregon Pharmacist License

Certifications:
BLS Certification.
PTCB - CPhT
