Shift: Nights, 6:45p - 7:15a, EOW, call required

**Call requirements: 2 12hr call shifts per every 6 weeks (one must be a weekend shift)

**Floating required between depts in the Women's Pavilion

**2+ years experience required
**2+ previously completed travel assignments in L&D required

**BLS, ACLS, NRP required
**CPN & Cerner experience preferred
 

**Must be able to pass an EKG

General Comments

• 48GHs are not approved
• Block scheduling may be accommodated if weekend shift is met, must include in body of submittal
• Scope of role: Labor, circulate for vaginal delivery (circulating for cesarean is preferred), attending deliveries to support newborn resuscitation, recover vaginal and cesarean deliveries, provide care to antepartum requiring care in L&D. Monitor and assist laboring patients, communicate with providers, circulate in OR for c/s, competently triage 20 weeks and up
• Scrub color = navy blue
• EMR used = CPN (GE) and Cerner
• Patient Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2 depending
