Description
Shift Requirements:
The schedule consists of four shifts per week, including a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts to support coverage needs. The preferred structure includes two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts per week.
Typical 8-hour shifts may include 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.
Typical 12-hour shifts may include 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 11:00 AM–11:30 PM.
Shift times may vary based on department needs and staffing requirements. Flexibility with both 8- and 12-hour shifts is highly preferred.
Required Certifications:
AHA or ARC BLS and active Minnesota RN licensure
Minimum Experience:
At least 2 years of OR experience, including one travel assignment
Charting/Equipment: Epic preferred
Required Skills: General Surgery and circulating experience
