Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | Travel/Contract
Location: Baltimore County, Maryland
Duration:14 Weeks Contract
Schedule:
Choose one of the following full-time schedules:
- Friday – Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday – Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday – Monday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
- Average patient visits: Approximately 6 visits per day
- Weekend coverage may be required based on operational needs.
- On-call may be requested if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Accurately complete and maintain OASIS documentation.
- Administer medications, treatments, and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure timely and accurate electronic documentation.
- Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Maryland RN License or Compact RN License.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health nursing experience.
- Recent OASIS documentation experience.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily patient schedule.

Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
