Description

  • Position: Physical Therapist (Acute Care)
  • Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Schedule: 5x8 Hours (40 Hours/Week)
  • Contract Length: 91 Days (Approximately 13 Weeks)

  • Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
  • 379 Beds
  • Level II Trauma Center

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Physical Therapy experience
  • First-time travelers accepted
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Active State License (Compact license must be in hand if applicable)
  • BLS Certification required

  • Weekend rotation required
  • No block scheduling
  • 1:1 patient ratio
  • No floating

Compliance Requirements

  • Maximum 7 days RTO
  • Must work 3 of the 5 holidays:
    • Thanksgiving
    • Christmas Eve
    • Christmas Day
    • New Year's Eve
    • New Year's Day
  • Local radius: 50 miles (locals accepted at a lower rate)
  • 2 professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Must disclose any previous employment or travel assignment with a Providence facility

Additional Information

  • Free parking
  • Non-billable modules (approximately 16 hours)
  • May float to nearby Providence facilities if needed
