Description

🗓️ Assignment Details - Greenwich, Connecticut

Duration: 13 weeks (summer contract)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8-hour daytime shifts
Setting: Home Health

💼 What You’ll Do

As a Travel Home Health RN, you will:

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans
Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with standards

✅ Requirements

Active RN license (Connecticut or compact state preferred)
Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
Current BLS certification
Strong communication and time-management skills
Reliable transportation for patient visits
