Description

50 mile radius rule - Type of Facility: Veteran's Home - # of Beds/Residents: 80 beds / Current 51 Census. Has 4 main hallways, all ages, male and female.1 locked memory care unit with 14 beds - EMR: PCC - Ratios: 1/25 - Required Certifications: BLS - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Skilled Care/LTC/Multiple Comorbidities/PTSD - Job Duties: Assess & evaluate residents, Administer meds/treatments, venipunture blood draws. Communicate condition changes, Lead care coordination. RNs & LPNs given access to HUCU system for medical orders and communications - Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 1 year of LTC/Skilled. Must have some memory care/PTSD experience. Must have experience with venipuncture blood draws - Are there IV's or titratable drips?: Accept IV drips: antibiotics (rare) - Area there Tele monitors?: Nurses manage telehealth visits
