Description
Behavioral Health RN Case Manager – Alaska | 13-Week Contract
📍 Alaska | 40 Hours/Week
Seeking an experienced RN with recent Case Management experience (within the last 2 years) for a Behavioral Health outpatient setting.
Schedule Options:
- Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
- Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm
- Tue–Sat, 8am–5pm
Requirements:
- Active Alaska RN License (required at submission)
- BLS Certification
- Behavioral Health and Case Management experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
Responsibilities:
- Behavioral Health case management
- Care coordination and medication management
- Patient assessments and education
- Mental health and substance use disorder support
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Details:
- 13-Week Contract
- 40 Guaranteed Hours/Week
- Must live 50+ miles from facility
- Flu vaccine required
