Corrections - Medical Assistant/Correctional Health Technician - Nights
Start Dates: 7/6, 7/20
Orientation Dates: They have an orientation every 2 weeks
- 13-week contract
- Must commit to 3x12-hour shifts weekly for a minimum of 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 3 x 12's
- Jail/Clinic: TBD
- Shift: Nights
- OT Opportunities? Critical need in order to approve OT; Must be approved by the manager
- Float Requirements? They can be floated to all 6 locations; All unit are less than 5 minutes away from each other. 8 clinic locations across six different Jails.
- Extension Opportunities? Yes
- Is RTO Accepted? What is the Max? Yes
- On-Call Requirement? no call requirement
- Holiday Requirements/Specifics? Will work weekends and Holidays; 5 Holidays are required in a 12-month period
- Certs: First-Aid Certification is required
- License: Copy of certificate of completion from a MA accredited Health Care Training Program, as detailed in Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) 32-1456 (D), or exceptions as listed in R4-16-401 (B).
- Copy of current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
- Experience:
- Must be Flexible to working weekends and Holidays
- Minimum one year of past work experience in this position.
