RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!   NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

TRAVELER MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR TWO HOLIDAYS (MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4, LABOR DAY ((and surrounding days)).  Travelers may not take all holidays off.  

AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.  "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Unit Size: 20 to 34 beds, depending upon Unit
Patient Ratio:  1:6, typically
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

8hrs non-billable orientation
Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

Submission Requirements
MED SURG TRAVELERS MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY MS UNIT 
CLIENT WILL NOT CONSIDER BLOCK SCHEDULING

2 years current Medical Surgical experience [Required]
Telemetry experience required [Required]
Willingness to float- Required [Required]
Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED [Required]
Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred] 
BLS, NIHSS AND ACLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD.  Facility will not pend certifications.  
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
Perm address must be included in profile 
Any/All RTO must be included in profile

 ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
