Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist (PT) experience – Required
  • New graduates are welcome to apply if they have completed a Level II Clinical Experience (Level I observation experience alone does not qualify).
  • Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience – Required
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License – Required
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or equivalent).
  • Current BLS certification (preferred if required by facility).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
