Required Education:
-Associate’s degree in Radiology or related field.
Preferred Education:
-N/A
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-BLS
-ACLS
-Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT)
-Radiography License.
-ARRT Radiography (R) Certification.
Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification and state licensure as required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification. NIHSS preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of recent Cath Lab experience. (in a busier lab)
• Demonstrated experience scrubbing and operating imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
