Description

Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Ambulatory Clinic (13-Week Assignment)

Facility

Ambulatory/Outpatient Clinic

Department

Outpatient Nuclear Medicine
Average patient volume: 13–17 patients per day
Small, close-knit team
Support from a peer Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Experience

Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience required
First-time travelers are welcome

Required Credentials

ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or NMTCB certification
BLS certification
Valid Photo ID
North Carolina state license is not required

Required Skills

Strong Nuclear Medicine imaging skills
IV start proficiency is required

Technology

EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Orientation

3–5 days of department-specific orientation, depending on modality

Schedule

13-week assignment
Tuesday–Friday
9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
No weekends
No on-call requirements
No holiday expectations
Requested Time Off (RTO) subject to manager approval
