Facility Highlights
- Located on Indian Reservation land
- Very rural location
- 30-bed facility
- Current patient census: 22
- Two patient wings: 300 Wing and 400 Wing
- Any scrub color is allowed
- Therapy dog on site (only when Deb Arbigast is present)
Housing (On-Site)
- One-bedroom apartments available for travelers
- Photos available upon request (contact the CM)
- Apartment includes:
- Stove
- Small microwave
- Full-size refrigerator
- TV
- Wi-Fi
- Free washer and dryer available (bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets)
- No charge for traveler housing
- No guests allowed

- Twin-size bedding and blankets
- Towels
- Plates, cups, and silverware (many travelers use disposable items)

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
