Description
LPN (Night Shift) – Long-Term Care
Assignment Overview
- Preferred Candidate: LPN (RNs will also be considered)
- Shift: Nights (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM)
- Orientation: August 7
- First Scheduled Shifts: August 8, 9, and 10
- Schedule: 3 days on / 3 days off
- Initial Contract: 13 weeks
- Extension: Possible
Facility Information
- 39-bed facility
- 2 units/halls (approximately 20 beds each)
- Average census: 27 patients
- Charting System: PointClickCare (Electronic)
- Scrubs: Any clean scrubs
- Facility Type: Non-profit
Staffing Ratios
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1 nurse
- CNA Staffing: 4 CNAs per shift
Overtime
- Overtime opportunities are available depending on facility needs.
Orientation
- Includes facility walkthrough and paperwork
- Travelers should simply bring a positive attitude ("a winning personality")
Scheduling & Breaks
- Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
- 30-minute meal break
- If a break is missed, it must be documented and signed off.
Housing
- 3-bedroom furnished home located just outside Twin Bridges
- Private bedroom with coded lock
- Recently remodeled
- Includes:
- All furniture
- Bedding and towels
- Cleaning supplies
- Free on-site laundry
- Traveler only needs to bring:
- Clothing
- Food
- Rural country setting with frequent deer and elk sightings
Transportation & Lodging
- No Uber, Lyft, or taxi service

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
