Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Clinic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ambulatory Clinic team. The RN will provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting, supporting physicians and healthcare providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an ambulatory (outpatient) clinic setting
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures
• Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, histories, and documentation
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered
• Support circulating duties as required during clinical procedures
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or Multi-State License under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience in clinical or ambulatory care setting
• Prior circulating experience in outpatient or procedural settings

Skills & Experience:

• Clinical experience or strong interest in ambulatory patient care
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday (Day shifts)
