• Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (2nd Floor)
• Number of Beds: 12
• Patient Ratio: 4:1
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
• Specialty: General and Cardiac
• Float Requirements: May float to Telemetry and Critical Care units at times
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: MEDITECH MEDHOST

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky
• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Cardiac and cardiology experience
