**LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Unit: Cath Lab - # beds: 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid (does both vascular & cardiac cases) - Certs: BLS, must also be certified, if tech, they must have ARRT that can scrub! MUST have AZ license MRTBE CRT - Cases: 10-25 cases per day. - EMR: Cerner and Xper - Charge Nurse: Yes - Nurse Aides: Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Must have 2 yrs Cath Lab experience. Cover Endo and CVOR. - Weekend Requirement: Call - 8-12 days per month - Holidays: Work into rotation. - Scrub Color: Provided - Tele :Phillips - Vents: NA - IV Team: No - Call: Call - 8-12 days per month - Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job. - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement. - Additional Notes: 30 minute response time. Use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
