Certifications : ARDMS AB, ARDMS FE*, ARDMS OB/GYN*, BLS; Skills : 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, 3rd trimester, Abdominal Aorta, Adult, Appendix, Bladder, Breast, Breast Cyst Aspiration, Breast Ultrasound, Carotid, Doppler Studies, Emergency Department, Fetal Anatomical Survey, Gallbladder, GE*, Hernia, Liver, Lower Extremity Venous, NICU, Ovaries, PACS, Pancreas, Paracentesis, Pediatric Abdomen/Pelvis, Portables, Prostate, Renal/Bladder, Spleen, Superficial Masses, Testicles/Scrotum, Thoracentesis, Thyroid, Ultrasound Guided Biopsy/Fine Needle Aspiration, Upper Extremity Venous, Uterus, Vaginal, outpatient, neonates

What are expected ratios? 16 bed ER

Special requirements: sonographer must be comfortable scanning neonates/infants/peds for intussusception, pyloric stenosis and appendicitis.

Is on-call required? No

Are weekends required? Yes every other weekend

Are block schedules required? No

Special Procedures/Unit Details : sonographer must be comfortable scanning neonates/infants/peds for intussusception, pyloric stenosis and appendicitis.

Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start.

RTO must be listed at time of submittal, post submission RTO will NOT be approved

MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR.

Max of one job per submittal

Valid WA or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)

Valid Allied license in hand (please ask AM if unsure)

50 mile local radius, Locals are accepted at a lower rate

All travelers should be prepared to float within the facility

Return  Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler

Modules:

Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval

Modules are completed pre-start, and annually

Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
