Licensed Social Worker Associate (LICSW-A) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Contract Length: 13 or 26 weeks (candidate preference)
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Schedule: 4x8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (32 hours/week)
Hours: Flexible daytime schedule (e.g., 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Seeking a Washington-licensed Social Worker Associate (LICSW-A) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to support youth services in a behavioral health setting. This is primarily an administrative and care coordination role, with a strong focus on developing, updating, and managing care plans for youth clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams regarding treatment and support services.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Support case management and care coordination activities.
• Participate in team meetings and care planning discussions.
• Maintain professional standards and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Active Washington State LICSW-A or LMHC license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience working with youth, behavioral health, social services, or related populations preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
