Description

Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist for our client in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! 

 

Job Details: 
Schedule:  Mon-Fri 8 am – 4:30 pm
Location: Needham, MA

 Job Type: Contract

Coverage Areas: Boston and surrounding areas such as but not limited to: West End, South Boston, Jamaica Plain, Back Bay, Roxbury, Beacon Hill, South End
Contract Length: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Range:  $52/hr- $56/hr
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  

 

Specific Duties:

  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and physical therapy needs in the home setting.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and pain management.
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to physicians and nursing staff.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, mobility techniques, and disease management.
