Travel RN – Maternal Child Services (Nights)

Shift

• Night Shift: 3x12s
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Licensure

• Wisconsin RN License must be in hand before submission

Experience Requirements

Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of Maternal Child Services experience
• Epic EMR experience
• Experience with:
  • Antepartum
  • Labor & Delivery
  • Level I Nursery
  • LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum)
  • Mother/Baby care
  • Baby-Friendly protocols

First-Time Travelers

• ✅ Accepted

Required Certifications

• BLS
• NRP
• STABLE

Preferred Certifications

• ACLS
• AWHONN

Scheduling Requirements

• Every 3rd weekend
• One holiday required
• No on-call

Floating

• May float within scope of practice as Helping Hands to other units as needed.

Scheduling

• Block scheduling may be considered at the manager's discretion.
• Request all RTO (Requested Time Off) at the time of submission whenever possible.
• Travelers may be required to participate in the holiday rotation.

Local Policy

• Local candidates are not accepted.
• Candidate must reside more than 70 miles from the facility.

• Epic (required)

Scrubs & Parking

• Scrubs: Hospital provided
• Parking: Free in any unrestricted parking space

Ideal Candidate

An experienced Maternal Child RN with 2+ years of experience in Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, LDRP, Mother/Baby, and Level I Nursery, holding a Wisconsin RN license, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications, proficient in Epic, and willing to work nights, every 3rd weekend, one holiday, and float as a helping hand when needed.
