Description

Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients.

Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Possible extension and conversion into a permanent role)

Location: Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043

Coverage Area:

King County & Snohomish County

Compensation:

Local: $50–$59/hour (W2)
Travel: $2,500–$2,600/week gross (includes non-taxable stipend)
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.51/mile

Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
On-call required (minimum 5 weekdays and 2 weekends)
Productivity expectation: 30 points/week

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation.
Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
Deliver skilled nursing care, medication reconciliation, and timely documentation.
Supervise Home Health Aides/LPNs and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
Participate in on-call rotation, quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with agency standards.

Requirements:

Active Washington RN License (or Multi-State License)
BLS Certification
Home Health experience preferred
HCHB or PointCare EMR experience is a plus

Dress Code: Solid color scrubs
