Description
Pride Health is hiring an RN Case Manager role in Orlando, FL, to support our client in a Healthcare Setting.
This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Title - RN Case Manager
Location - Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Interview Process: In-person interview with the direct supervisor
Pay -$40 to $45/ hr
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, interpret, and respond to patient and customer needs and clinical requirements.
- Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify solutions to non-standard requests, concerns, and patient care challenges.
- Conduct moderately complex clinical assessments and analyses to support patient outcomes.
- Translate clinical concepts and best practices into daily patient care activities.
- Provide education, explanations, and guidance to patients, families, and team members regarding complex issues.
- Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to less experienced staff members.
- Serve as a clinical resource and support team development initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or other clinical setting.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse, or two (2) years as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a related practice area.
