Description

CNA – Long Term Care | Evening Shift | Mohawk Valley Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evenings)
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Contract Length: 8–9 weeks
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, as needed
Float: Required to all units within the same building
Local Rule: 75-mile radius (locals accepted at a lower local rate)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of CNA experience (Long Term Care preferred)
Active New York CNA License
BLS Certification

Patient Population:

Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Orthopedic patients
Dementia
Memory Care

EMR: PointClickCare

Additional Notes: 40-bed facility Fingerprinting may be required before starting (results can take 1–2 weeks), so consider this when selecting a start date.
