Description
Now Hiring: Home Health LPN/LVN – Pittsfield, MA
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 8-Hour Day Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 40 Hours/Week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation.
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with home health regulations.
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts LPN License (must be in hand before submission)
- Current BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (hospital experience preferred)
- Home Health experience required
- OASIS documentation experience highly preferred
- Infusion therapy experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills
Important Notes:
- Personal vehicle is required for patient visits.
- No weekend shifts (holiday coverage may be required).
- No on-call requirement.

Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
