💲 $162/Hour | 13-Week Contract | Day Shift | No Weekends or Call

Prime Staffing NYC is seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology Physicist for a travel assignment at a leading acute care hospital in Tampa, Florida.

Assignment Details

Pay: $162/hour
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks (PTO coverage; potential for shorter assignment if applicable)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (5x8 Days)
No weekends
No on-call
Local candidates accepted

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Radiation Oncology Physicist experience (3+ years preferred)
ABR Certification required
Active Florida Medical Physicist License required
Proton Therapy experience required
Mevion Proton Accelerator experience preferred
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the oncology team
