Travel Radiation Oncology Physicist – Tampa, FL
💲 $162/Hour | 13-Week Contract | Day Shift | No Weekends or Call
Prime Staffing NYC is seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology Physicist for a travel assignment at a leading acute care hospital in Tampa, Florida.
Assignment Details
- Pay: $162/hour
- Start Date: August 31, 2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (PTO coverage; potential for shorter assignment if applicable)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (5x8 Days)
- No weekends
- No on-call
- Local candidates accepted
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Radiation Oncology Physicist experience (3+ years preferred)
- ABR Certification required
- Active Florida Medical Physicist License required
- Proton Therapy experience required
- Mevion Proton Accelerator experience preferred
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the oncology team
