Description

Overview

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns in a busy, patient-centered Labor & Delivery unit.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
Assist with labor management, deliveries, and immediate newborn care
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety

Requirements

Active California RN License
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
Strong fetal monitoring and maternal-newborn assessment skills
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE.
