Description
Travel MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 10-Hour Days | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed
Typical Start Times: 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 10:30 AM
Pay Breakdown:
(For "40 hours per week")
w2 (taxable): $39/Hr
Per diem (Non Taxable): $1240/week
Gross weekly Pay: $2800.
Common Exams & Responsibilities
- Routine MRI studies
- Stroke imaging
- Trauma imaging
- Patient preparation and safety screening
- Starting IVs
- Patient transport
- EMR documentation and navigation
- Clerical and workflow support as needed
Equipment
- GE MRI systems
- GE experience strongly preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent MRI experience
- Active Illinois license or proof that the application process has been initiated
- Current AHA BLS certification
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- Certified MRI Technologist verification required
- Ability to start IVs independently
