Schedule

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days: Weekdays + weekends
• Hours per Week: 40
• Coverage:
  • Rotating Saturdays
  • Weekend & holiday coverage required

Assignment Details

• Treat all patient populations in an inpatient setting
• Charting System: Cerner
• Client Interview Required: Yes
  • Typically a phone interview with the unit manager
  • ED candidates are interviewed prior to submission

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years hospital experience
• License:
  • Active CA Physical Therapist license required
• Submission Must Include:
  • Cover page
  • Resume
  • Certifications
  • License
• EMR:
  • Cerner experience required (include hospital & dates used)

Facility Guidelines

• Orientation:
  • Held every other Wednesday
  • Considered “Week 0” (not counted in contract)
  • Includes 2 day shifts (even for night staff)
• Compliance Deadline:
  • File due 1 week before start date
  • No delayed start dates allowed

• Dress Code:
  • Any scrub color except orange or white
  • (Orange = inmates, White = new grads)
