🔥 PREMIUM CVOR TECHNOLOGIST CONTRACT – HIGH-LEVEL HEART TEAM – DAYS

First Connect Health is seeking a highly skilled Certified Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Tech for an immediate 13-week travel assignment in Rockford, Illinois. If you are a dedicated Surgical Tech who is fully proficient on CV-Heart Teams and comfortable scrubbing independently in a high-acuity surgical environment, we want to hear from you!

- Weekly Gross: $2,366.00
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246.00
- Hourly W2 Rate: $28.00/hr
- Overtime Rate: $42.00/hr
- Based on 40 Regular Hours weekly (4x10 Shifts)
đź“… SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: 10-Hour Days (06:30 AM - 05:00 PM), Sunday–Saturday work week structure.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per week.
- On-Call Requirements: Rotational call coverage. Call typically looks like one shift per week, which can include a Saturday or Sunday if a weekend is assigned.
- Weekend Call Perk: Weekend call is strictly limited to either a Saturday or a Sunday—never both (24-hour call block).
🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Clinical Proficiency: Must be an OR Tech fully proficient in CV-Heart Team procedures and capable of scrubbing independently.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of current clinical experience in a similar CVOR setting.
- Education Verification: Must be a graduate of an accredited program for Surgical Technologists (verifiable certificate/diploma required).
- Candidate Policy: Travel only. Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility are not allowable.
