Description
Job Title: Surgical Technologist – CVOR
Facility Name: DCH Health System
Location: Tuscaloosa, AL
Type: Travel Contract – 13 Weeks
Projected Start Date: 08/03/2026 (Flexible)
Shift: Days – Monday through Friday (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
EMR: Meditech
Pay Package
Weekly Gross: $2,418
Stipend Weekly: $1,246
W2 Weekly: $1,154
Certifications Required
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months to 2 years of recent Operating Room/Surgical Tech experience.
- At least 1 year of recent CVOR or specialty experience preferred.
- Experience assisting with Open Heart Surgery is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to assist in other surgical specialties when CVOR cases are not scheduled.
- Must participate in emergency call every third week for 7 consecutive days.
