AUTO OFFER! weekdays EOW Float Holidays within contract 3x12 OR 4x12 OT after 48 - please indicate candidate preference Certs Required: BLS ACLS required via American Heart Association NIHSS required Must be EPIC proficient - NO EXCEPTIONS Skills required: IV Start Telemetry Interpretation Must have worked with neurology/stroke patients in the past 2 years experience required travel experience REQUIRED. Compact or VA license in hand - no exceptions Must include Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report. All RTO must be included on Qualivis Cover Sheet. Shift Info: Day 4x12-Hour 07:00 - 19:30
