🕒 Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

✨ Position Overview

We are actively seeking experienced RN Case Managers for a travel assignment. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends required, working in a collaborative and fast-paced case management environment supporting step-down units.

🏥 Unit Details

Unit: Case Management (CPCU & PCU – Step Down Units)
Beds:
- CPCU (Cardiac Step-Down): 14 beds
- PCU (Medical Step-Down): 14 beds
Patient Ratio: 1:14
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
EMR Systems: Meditech & Midas

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Perform case management assessments
Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care
Collaborate with physicians, mid-levels, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure efficient utilization of healthcare resources

❤️ Unit Highlights

Work closely with consistent physicians and mid-level providers
CPCU handles cardiac step-down patients (CABG, TAVR, etc.)
PCU includes a diverse medical step-down patient population
Highly supportive, collaborative, and welcoming team culture

✅ Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of RN experience
At least 1 year recent acute care Case Manager RN experience
RN or Licensed Social Worker (LCSW accepted)
Active Kansas license
BLS certification from AHA

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Meditech & Midas (HIGHLY preferred by director)
Prior HCA hospital experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
